Aglaosoma variegata

Conservation status: Least Concern


These moths are also found in New South Wales and Victoria. Both male and female moths have similarly patterned black and white forewings with some small red spots. Male moths have feathery antennae and a hairy tail, while female moths have thread-like antennae and a naked tail. The wingspan is about 3 cms.
