Fuligo septica
Dog Vomit Slime Mould, Scrambled Egg Slime

This slime mould gets its common names from its distinctive yellow colour and fluffy appearance.

Fuligo septica is found world-wide. It often appears on bark mulch or other decomposing plant material after heavy rain or watering. The species has also been seen growing on living plants.
