Flowering:  Winter to Spring
Flowers:A typical "pea". Rich lilac to purple in colour, green at the base of the two top petals. Usually joins directly to the plant's stem.

Plant:A large, twiggy-looking shrub. Branches are covered in grey hairs. Leaves are long and thin; strongly arched on both sides of mid rib; upperside is smooth and green; underside is covered with orangey-brown hairs.
Habitat:Dry forest.
