Utricularia dichotoma
Fairies Aprons, Fairy Aprons, Purple Bladderwort

Conservation status: Least Concern

Flowering:  Autumn to Spring
Flowers:Usually one or two pairs of flowers, or whorls of three; on a long stem, up to 50cm.
Plant:Leaves are very small and vary in shape - ranging from quite oval to long and thin.
Habitat:Wet areas, sometimes even submerged.

This species can be found in boggy areas near seepages and creeks. It is quite common in Girraween's wet heathlands.
